We do not sell or rent this information. Form submissions are processed by our website host on our behalf.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.

Field data we collect for clients

Our field work focuses on vessels, not people. Observations are made from publicly accessible waterways and are limited to visible vessel condition, position, and compliance indicators. Images that show people, cabin interiors, or other private spaces are discarded at review. Raw images not needed as evidence are deleted within 7 days; images kept as evidence of a vessel's condition are stored securely for the length of the client engagement and then deleted. Field data is shared only with the contracting client.
